In our lives today, we have integrated the components and activities of a healthy lifestyle for a long period of time. As people are becoming more exposed to challenges, the rate of accepting new practices and new treatment equity towards, is also increasing today. 

Each group in the complex has its various principles of maintaining health which includes both herbal and contemporary approaches. In this paper, I would discuss the health and wellness practices of various communities in the sponsorship of health enhancement and revitalization of people.

Ayurveda: The Ancient Healthcare System of India

The introduction of Ayurveda can be found in ancient Indian history dating back over 5000 years. It is one of the most enduring and practiced forms of treatment that is still in use today. It is concerned with bringing about a homogeny where the physical, the mental and non-materialistic aspects all achieve focus. It consists of dietary changes, comfrey, yoga and meditation.
